My name is Jintong Wu. (My Resume)

I am currently a junior student studying Photojournalism and Environmental Science at University at North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
I fell in love with photography when my father gave me a Canon 550D as a birthday gift when I was 13. Since then I became the weird guy in class that always got my camera ready under my desk to snap any moment.
Growing up in China and coming to United States, I have seen how people can be unfamiliar with another cultures; at the same time, I also realized that photography can be a powerful tool to tell a story of another person and connect people with emotions. Now I am working at the Daily Tar Heel newspaper, Heelprint Communication and Courtney Potter Photography Inc. as staff photographers.I am aspiring to be a photographer that take pictures around the world and connect people from different culture closer together.
